Ingredients
- Tuna - 17.6 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 17.6 oz
- Tuscany Mix "White Dacha" - 3.5 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spanish onions - 1.8 oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the mozzarella and lime in half, and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 2
Combine olive oil with lime juice, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with lime juice.
Step 3
Coat the tuna in sesame seeds, season with salt and pepper, and sear in olive oil in a hot skillet for 30 seconds on each side. Slice the tuna into thin pieces.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the tomatoes and mozzarella, and season with salt to taste. Add the Tuscan Mix. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
Step 5
Arrange the slices of tuna in a circle on a plate and drizzle with soy sauce and lime. In the center, using a food ring, place a salad with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, then sprinkle with fried onions. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
