Tuna with Green Salsa
Ingredients
- Bonito tuna fillet - 4 pieces
- Parsley - 1.1 oz
- Basil - 1.1 oz
- Anchovy fillet - 4 pieces
- Capers - 2 spoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 5 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except for the tuna, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until you achieve a green paste. Taste and add a pinch of salt and pepper if necessary.
Step 2
Preheat the grill and sear the tuna steaks on it (you can brush them with olive oil beforehand) for two minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with green salsa, into which you can mix diced tomatoes.
