Ingredients
- Turkey - 1 piece
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 1.8 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 3.5 oz
- Ground clove - ½ g
- Cinnamon - ½ g
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until half done, then add the rinsed raisins, peeled almonds, dried apricots, clarified butter, crushed cloves, cinnamon, and mix well.
Step 2
Stuff the prepared turkey with the resulting filling and sew it up with white thread.
Step 3
Place the stuffed turkey on a greased baking tray, drizzle with oil, pour hot water over it, and roast in the oven until cooked, periodically basting with the juices.
Step 4
Cut the cooked turkey into pieces, place on a platter, surround with the stuffing, and drizzle with the juices.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley.
