Turkey and Sage Pizza

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Dry yeast - 0.7 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 6 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oregano - to taste
  • Turkey - 7.1 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
  • Sage - 1.4 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the flour into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt. Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of warm water, mix with the flour, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add vegetable oil and 150 ml of warm water to the dough mixture. Knead the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Spread with tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with oregano. Place pieces of turkey on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes. Then crack 2 eggs on the pizza, sprinkle with sage, and bake for another 8 minutes.
