Turkey and Spinach Meatloaf
Ingredients
- Turkey - 24.7 oz
- Spinach - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Canned Corn - 1.8 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the turkey breast, spinach, onion, and breadcrumbs through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, and gently fold into the prepared mixture.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into 3 parts.
Step 4
Take a rectangular baking dish with high sides (like a loaf pan for dark bread) and line it with parchment paper.
Step 5
Layer as follows: 1st layer — mixture; 2nd layer — cheese, dill, a little corn; 3rd layer — mixture; 4th layer — cheese, dill, corn; 5th layer — mixture again.
Step 6
Brush the top with egg yolk and optionally sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 356°F for 1 hour.
