Ingredients

  • Turkey - 1.8 oz
  • Lightly Salted Muksun - 1.4 oz
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Cicmaty - 1 bunch
  • Cherry Tomato Confit - 4 pieces
  • Scallions - 3 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Sumac - to taste
