Turkey Breast Steak with Cheese
Ingredients
- Turkey - 6.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.5 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.7 oz
- Tomatoes - 2.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam - ½ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Goat cheese - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and chili sauce.
Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Finely chop the red onion.
Step 5
Add the onion and tomatoes to the sauce. Mix well.
Step 6
Grate the two types of cheese.
Step 7
In a heated pan with oil, place the steak.

Add salt and fry for 2–3 minutes.

Flip and add pepper. Reduce heat to medium.

Top with the sauce.
