Turkey Breast Steaks in Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Habanero Pepper - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Onion - 4.8 oz
- Duck Fat - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 2 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 2
Melt the duck fat in a skillet.
Step 3
Cut the turkey into steaks and place them in the skillet.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
When the turkey is browned, flip it over and reduce the heat to medium.

Season with salt and pepper again.

After 3 minutes, add the onion.

Cover and simmer for 5–7 minutes on low heat.

For the sauce, mix the mustard and mayonnaise.

Finely chop the garlic.
