  • Carrot - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - 0.7 oz
  • Green Apples - 1.8 oz
  • Celery stalk - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - 10.6 oz
  • Red Currant - 1.1 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 1.1 oz
  • Mango - 3.5 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Honey - 1.1 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make minced turkey.

Step 2

Dice the carrot, zucchini, onion, and apple, and sauté them together in olive oil.

Step 3

Mix the minced turkey with the sautéed vegetables, add cream, shape into a round burger, and fry in olive oil.

Step 4

In the mix of salad greens, add blueberries, red currants, and pieces of ripe mango.

Step 5

Prepare a light dressing: mix honey, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil.

Step 6

Dress the salad with the light dressing.

Step 7

The dish is topped with farmhouse sour cream, which we serve alongside the burger and salad.
