Description
In this dish, you can use any boneless parts of turkey, as well as chicken. After the dish is ready, it can be sprinkled with herbs, fried dried onions, or any favorite spices. A simple vegetable side dish pairs well with turkey and chicken dishes, if desired.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 1 teaspoon
- Clarified Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the fillet into two pieces (to make a total of six pieces), make cuts inside or pound with a mallet.
Step 3
Salt all pieces on both sides.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Step 5
Whisk with a fork.
Step 6
Heat clarified butter (1–2 tablespoons) in a skillet.
Step 7
Dip each piece of turkey in the egg.
Step 8
Then coat in breadcrumbs.

Place the pieces in the skillet with the heated butter.
Step 10
Fry on both sides until golden brown (add 1–2 tablespoons of clarified butter).

Combine the remaining eggs and breadcrumbs (if the mixture is too thick, add 50–70 ml of water), and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Pour over the fried cutlets.

Slice the tomato into rings.

Place on top of the cutlets, cover with a lid, and cook together for another 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with herbs (if desired).

Serve with any side dish or on its own.
