Description
Turkey cutlets in mushroom sauce
Ingredients
- Ground coriander - 1 stalk
- Pork Mince - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Milk - 0,7 glasses
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Champignons - 17.6 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 glass
- 10% cream - ½ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- White bread - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread crumb in milk, crush the garlic using a garlic press or grate it finely, and chop the cilantro finely.
Step 2
Add an egg, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, pepper, and squeezed white bread crumbs to the meat mixture. Combine the ingredients, shape into patties, and fry in olive oil, then transfer to a baking dish.
Step 3
For the sauce, slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Once they release their juices, add the wine and cook until the liquid reduces by half.
Step 4
Mix the cream with the flour and pour it over the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Drizzle the prepared sauce over the patties and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
