Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Whole egg - 0.7 oz
- Water - 4 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Rice - 2.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and turkey in a blender (or pass through a meat grinder).
Step 2
Mix the turkey mince, chopped onion, and yolk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then, add a little water (to make the mixture juicier and softer) and boiled rice. Mix well.
Step 3
Form cutlets (about the size of a tablespoon). If the mixture sticks to your hands, moisten your hands with cold water. You should get about 18 cutlets. Then, place them in the steamer and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with vegetables.
