  • Turkey Escalopes - 4 pieces
  • Spinach - 14.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Melted Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the young spinach, season with pepper and salt, and sauté in olive oil. Spread it evenly in the center of the lightly beaten turkey escalopes. Sprinkle with crumbled mozzarella on top. Fold the escalope into an envelope shape and secure with wooden toothpicks.

Step 2

Dredge the escalopes in flour and fry on all sides in olive oil.
