Description
A recipe for those who love offal and spicy food. Instead of turkey gizzards, you can use chicken gizzards, and it's also possible to substitute with hearts or liver. You can determine the spiciness of the sauce by adding the desired amount of spicy tomato. Keep in mind that store-bought sauce contains salt, so the amount of salt you add should also be controlled. If desired, you can add grains or vegetables to the finished dish and stew everything together. However, remember that you will need to add water.
