Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Vinegar essence - 4 tablespoons
- Canned Peaches - 5.3 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the turkey fillet in the broth for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, drain the apricot syrup. Cut the apricots into cubes.
Step 3
Mix the syrup with 125 ml of broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Add salt and sprinkle with sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add the apricot cubes.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the pepper into thin strips.
Step 5
Sauté the turkey meat in hot oil. Add the garlic, onion, and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the dish.
