Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Caucasian seasoning - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Turkey - 12.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ground turkey with the egg and seasonings.
Step 2
Cut the butter into small cubes.
Step 3
Form a patty from the ground turkey, place a cube of butter in the center, seal the edges, and shape it into a patty.
Step 4
Repeat this process with the remaining ground turkey.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the patties covered over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side (the time may vary depending on the size of the patties; mine were small). The key is not to overcook them to avoid drying out the meat—turkey cooks quite quickly.
Step 6
Transfer the patties from the skillet to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
