Description
As a side dish, various cereals work well in the morning, and in the evening — vegetables.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Turnips - 3 pieces
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Beans - 3 pieces
- Smoked salt - 0.4 oz
- Ocean salt - 0 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 0 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the turkey fillet in a blender (add a little cold water to the meat for better consistency), do the same with the boiled carrots, but without water; you can also chop the carrots by hand into nice small cubes.
Step 2
Soak the bread in a small amount of milk, add pieces of dried paprika; if it is smoked, it will elevate your patties.
Step 3
Now knead the mixture with the carrots, bread, and paprika, add the yolks, salt, grind the pepper, and add a pinch of oregano. Knead until homogeneous.
Step 4
The final step is to preheat the oven to 356°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper greased with olive oil.
Step 5
Pour cold water into a bowl and dip your hands before shaping each patty; the finished patties (they can be any shape, from classic elongated ones to round or even in the shape of meatballs) should be rolled in flour, tossed from hand to hand, and placed on the baking sheet. When everything is ready to go into the oven, lightly brush them with olive oil for a crust and juiciness. They will bake in the oven for about 20–25 minutes.
