Turkey Roll-Ups with Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Melted Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 2.1 oz
- Pesto - 1.4 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mozzarella. Rinse the basil and remove the stems. On a flat piece of turkey (you can lightly pound it with something flat, like the bottom of a pot), place a slice of mozzarella, a piece of sun-dried tomato, and a couple of basil leaves.
Step 2
Roll it tightly and secure it with one or two wooden skewers. Crush and chop the garlic, mix it with the olive oil, and spread the mixture over the roll-ups. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the roll-ups on it, and bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 4
Prepare the young potatoes in your favorite way. For example, boil them in their skins for 10 minutes until semi-cooked, then fry them in a pan until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve the roll-ups with pesto sauce and potatoes, garnished with remaining basil leaves.
