Description

Turkey Rolls

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
  • Green Apples - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Cream (40%) - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prick the skin of the apples in several places with a fork, place the apples in a deep baking dish with about 0.5 cm of water. Put the apples in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20-25 minutes. Once cooked, cool the apples, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and mash it into a puree. Set aside about 2 tablespoons, and add the starch, sugar, and chopped dill to the remaining puree. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Cut the turkey breast fillets lengthwise into equal slices. Wrap in plastic wrap and pound them. Rub with a small amount of salt and ground pepper. On each slice, spread 2-3 tablespoons of apple puree and smooth it into an even layer.

Step 3

Carefully roll each piece of breast into a roll, ensuring the filling does not leak out. Place the rolls on sheets of foil greased with a small amount of vegetable oil and wrap them up. Arrange in a baking dish suitable for the oven, and place in the oven preheated to 392°F for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Separate the basil leaves from the stems and chop them. Add to the reserved apple puree. Pour in the cream and blend everything together in a blender. Season with salt and pepper, and transfer to a sauceboat.

Step 5

Cut the finished rolls into portion-sized pieces, place on a serving dish, and drizzle with a small amount of sauce. Serve the remaining sauce separately.
