Ingredients
- Turkey - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 3.5 oz
- Adjika - 2.5 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the turkey fillet, cut it along the grain into portion-sized pieces 1 cm thick, pound to a thickness of 0.5 cm, and sprinkle with salt and spices.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: dice the cheese, mushrooms, and pepper into 0.5 cm cubes and mix.
Step 3
Place the filling on the prepared pieces of fillet and roll them up.
Step 4
Place the rolls in the multicooker bowl, drizzle with honey and spread with adjika, add water. Close the lid.
Step 5
Press the 'Menu' button to set the 'Stew' program. Press the 'Timer/t°C' button and use the '+' and '–' buttons to set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Press the 'Start/Keep Warm' button.
Step 6
Cook until the program ends.
