Ingredients

  • Turkey - 10.6 oz
  • Chickpea - 7.1 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 3.5 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Soak the chickpeas overnight.

Boil the turkey fillet and slice it.

Cook the chickpeas in salted water.

Cut the dried apricots into strips.
