Ingredients

  • Turkey - 7.1 oz
  • Rice - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Raisins - 1.8 oz
  • Walnuts - 15 pieces
  • Dried Apricots - 2.8 oz
  • Pears - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Yogurt powder - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the turkey meat in salted water, cool it down, and slice it thinly.

Step 2

Thoroughly rinse the rice, cover it with a small amount of water, and cook until done. Drain the water and cool.

Step 3

Boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them.

Step 4

Thoroughly rinse the raisins and dried apricots, cover them with boiling water, and simmer on low heat for a few minutes, then drain the water, cool, and chop the ingredients.
