Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 10.6 oz

- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- 10% cream - 12 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 5 fl oz
- Dried Chamomile - a pinch
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Slice the mushrooms. Divide the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Dice the onion. Place it in a sauté pan or deep skillet, lightly sauté, add the turkey, stir, and sauté a little more.
Step 3
Pour in the wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, thyme, broccoli, season with salt, and pour in the cream. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with herbs.
