Turkey sautéed in cream with cheese and spinach
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 spoons
- Garlic - 2 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Mini vegetables - 0.7 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the turkey into small cubes.
Step 4
Place the turkey in the preheated olive oil in the skillet. Season with salt.
Step 5
Season with a mixture of peppers. Sauté over high heat.
Step 6
After 3 minutes, once the bottom side is slightly browned, stir and reduce the heat a little.
Step 7
After a couple of minutes, stir again and add the finely chopped spinach.
Step 8
After 2–3 minutes, pour in the cream and stir.
Step 9
Add garlic.
Step 10
As soon as the cream starts to simmer slightly, add the cheese.
Step 11
Stir well. After a minute, remove from heat and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 12
Serve the dish hot.
