- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste

Step 1
Prepare a large onion.
Step 2
Cut the onion into several pieces and place them in a blender.
Step 3
Blend the onion until it reaches a paste-like consistency.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add salt.

Add Herbes de Provence.
Step 7
Add pepper.

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces.

Place the turkey in a bowl and add the onion mixture. Mix thoroughly and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Thread the pieces of turkey onto the skewers, leaving 4–5 cm at each end.
