- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
- Almond - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon
- Xanthan - 0.1 oz
- Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - ½ teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

In a bowl, combine coconut flour and almond flour.

Add a teaspoon of xanthan gum.
Step 3
Add ground garlic.
Step 4
Add turmeric and paprika.
Step 5
Add salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Crack the egg into a deep bowl, add mayonnaise, and salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Dip each piece of meat into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the turkey in the heated olive oil in the pan.
