Turkey steak served with a side of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Hercules Oats - 1 glass
  • Olive Oil - 6 teaspoons
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Celery salt - 1 stalk
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take turkey fillets, gently pound them without too much force. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Cut the carrot, bell pepper, and celery into thin strips. Cut the tomato into quarters and chop the herbs.

Step 2

Beat an egg and brush it over the steaks. Then coat the steaks in oat flakes. After that, fry the steaks on both sides in oil, and then finish cooking them covered.

Step 3

Sauté the vegetables in oil for 3 minutes. Then, cover and simmer until cooked through.

Step 4

Arrange the turkey steaks on a plate along with the vegetables and garnish with chopped herbs.
