Description
The raisins should be seedless. The turkey can be fully stewed in the oven. In this case, pour in 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

- Turkey - 1 piece
- Rice - 1 cup
- Raisins - 3.4 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Grated Ginger Root - 2 teaspoons
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice until half cooked, rinse, and dry.
Step 2
Mix with butter, egg, and raisins.
Step 3
Cut off the first joint of the turkey wings.
Step 4
Rub the inside of the turkey with ginger.
Step 5
Stuff with the prepared rice.
Step 6
Sew it up, place in a pot, surround with finely chopped vegetables and spices, pour in a little boiling water, and stew on the stove over low heat for about 1.5 hours.
Step 7
After that, place the turkey in the oven (uncovered) to brown.
