Description

Shirataki noodles in this recipe can be replaced with udon. You will need to boil it according to the instructions on the package.

Ingredients

  • Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
  • Turkey - 3 oz
  • Bulgogi Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
  • Enoki mushrooms - 3.5 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste
  • Coconut Liqueur - 2 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 1 sprig

Step by Step guide

Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

Rinse the shirataki noodles in cold water.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Cut the turkey into small cubes.
