- Harissa - 4 tablespoons
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 2 cups
- Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the main ingredients: pieces of turkey fillet, peeled small onions, harissa paste (hot pepper, garlic, cumin, coriander, olive oil), pieces of pineapple, and dried apricots.
Step 2
Rub the turkey meat with harissa and sauté it with the main ingredients, adding raisins and coarsely ground coriander.
