Ingredients
- Turkey - 21.2 oz
- Pickles - 4 pieces
- Capers - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onion - 1 head
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 stem
- Scallions - 2 stems

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the boiled turkey fillet through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop the onion, garlic, pickles, capers, and anchovies. Add to the minced meat. Then mix in the mustard, egg yolks, lemon juice, paprika, and parsley. Pour in the olive oil.
Step 3
Serve with toast.
