Ingredients
- Sesame Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Corn Starch - 1½ tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 2 cups
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Canned water chestnuts - 8.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a wok over medium heat. Pour in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and spread it across the surface. Add the sliced turkey and sauté for 5 minutes until browned. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the broth, minced garlic, cornstarch, chili flakes, and salt. Stir well.
Step 3
In the wok, add the remaining oil, sliced bell pepper, and 2 cups of broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the sliced water chestnuts and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Step 4
Increase the heat to high. Pour in the broth mixture, soy sauce, and turkey. Bring to a boil and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
