Ingredients
- Macadamia Nuts - 1 cup
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Sweet Chili Sauce - to taste
- Roasted Peanuts - 1 cup
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Rub the meat with salt and sweet chili sauce.
Step 3
Finely chop the cashews.
Step 4
Peel and finely chop the macadamia nuts.
Step 5
Mix the nuts in a bowl.
Step 6
Spread the nuts over the sauce.
Step 7
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 8
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 9
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 10
Put in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and unwrap the foil. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 12
Remove from the oven. Garnish with cherry tomatoes before serving.
