Ingredients
- Turkey - 7.1 oz
- Russian Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1½ teaspoons
- Sumac - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Habanero Pepper - 0.7 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Scallions - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat two types of oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the turkey in the heated skillet. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add pepper.
Step 5
Flip and sauté for another minute, then reduce the heat.
Step 6
Add sumac. Spread the mixture of mayonnaise and mustard on top.
Step 7
Add jalapeño.
Step 8
Top with slices of cheese and season with chili pepper.
Step 9
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 3–4 minutes over medium heat until the cheese melts.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate. Season with additional ground chili. Add green onion and serve.
