  • Turkey - 7.1 oz
  • Russian Cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1½ tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 1½ teaspoons
  • Sumac - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Habanero Pepper - 0.7 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Scallions - to taste

Heat two types of oil in a skillet.

Place the turkey in the heated skillet. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.

Add salt.
