  • Chickpea - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken fillet - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Flower Salt - to taste
  • Mixed salad greens - 1 bunch

Pour chickpea flour into a bowl.
