- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1 cup
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Cognac - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into strips.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, add chopped bay leaves and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Add the turkey and sauté for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Add cranberries and the orange, diced with the peel.
Step 5
Mix everything. Pour in the cognac. Cover with a lid. Simmer for 15 minutes.
