Turkey with Enoki Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Enoki mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Coconut Milk - 2 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Lemongrass - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the lemongrass into thin strips.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms into strips.
Step 4
Cut the turkey into cubes.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and lemongrass.
Step 6
Sauté over medium heat until the ingredients are browned on all sides. Then remove: the oil has absorbed the desired flavor and aroma.
Step 7
Add the turkey to the skillet. Slightly increase the heat.

After 5 minutes, add salt.

Stir and sprinkle with curry. Reduce the heat to just below medium.

After 2 minutes, add the mushrooms.

Add pepper, then stir.

After 2 minutes, pour in the coconut milk.

Add ground chili. Stir, set to low heat. Once the sauce thickens, remove from heat.

Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with chili flakes and serve.
