Ingredients

  • Bulgur - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Spiced Tomato Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - ½ g
  • Tomato Puree - ¼ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Cumin - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the bulgur in warm water for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic and mix them in a bowl. Drizzle with tomato juice, add the pepper puree, oil mixed with a pinch of cumin, and pomegranate syrup.

Step 3

Add the drained bulgur and gently mix. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
