Ingredients
- Bulgur - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 2 heads
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - ½ g
- Tomato Puree - ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cumin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bulgur in warm water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic and mix them in a bowl. Drizzle with tomato juice, add the pepper puree, oil mixed with a pinch of cumin, and pomegranate syrup.
Step 3
Add the drained bulgur and gently mix. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
