- Leek - 1 piece
- Turnip - 1 piece
- Sweet Potato - 17.6 oz
- 40% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Kale - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat some olive oil and butter in a pan and sauté the leek until soft and translucent.
Step 2
Add the turnip and sweet potato, mix well and season with salt. Add the kale and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish with a capacity of about 1.5 liters.
Step 3
Bring the milk and cream to a boil and pour it over the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with nutmeg and add the bay leaf.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes until the vegetables are tender and a golden crust forms. Baking time may vary depending on the depth of the baking dish.
