Description

The Tango-Mix salad leaf blend consists of arugula and Swiss chard. If necessary, you can use only arugula or arugula with fresh beet greens.

Ingredients

  • Turnips - 1 piece
  • Yellow Beets - 1 piece
  • "Tango Mix Salad Leaf Blend 'White Dacha'" - 1 piece
  • Sweet Red Onion - ½ piece
  • Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
  • Date honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Natural Yogurt - 4.4 oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the turnip and grate it into slices using a coarse grater or thinly slice it into half-moons.

Step 2

Peel the beet and grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Step 4

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Step 5

Combine the turnip, beet, tomatoes, onion, and salad mix in a salad bowl.

Step 6

For the dressing, mix yogurt, honey, and mustard in a glass jar. Seal tightly with a lid and shake well.

Step 7

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving to keep the greens from wilting and maintain their crunch.
