- Turnips - 10 pieces
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Semolina - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread - 0.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the turnips, wash them, pour hot water over them, and boil until semi-soft. Remove the center of the cooked turnips and boil it, then pass it through a sieve.
Step 2
Cook the semolina porridge in milk, add sugar and oil. Mix the porridge with the boiled turnip.
Step 3
Stuff the turnips with the resulting mixture, place them in a greased frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, brush with oil, and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
