- Spanish onions - 1 piece
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Fennel - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Pasilla Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the orange and cut it into segments. Slice the onion into half-rings and soak it briefly in cold water.
Step 2
Cut the celery into long strips, add the arugula leaves to the celery (without the stems). Dry the onion and add it along with the walnuts to the vegetables.
Step 3
Prepare a dressing from olive oil, salt, and pepper. Dress the salad.
