Universal Green Sauce
Ingredients
- Dill - 2.6 oz
- Parsley - 2.6 oz
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Grated Lemon Zest - 0.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the garlic. Place it in the bowl of an immersion blender.
Step 3
Cut the lemon in half. Grate the lemon zest using a fine grater.
Step 4
Add the lemon zest to the bowl of the immersion blender.
Step 5
Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
Step 6
Chop the dill.
Step 7
Chop the parsley.
Step 8
Add the lemon juice, chopped dill, and parsley to the blender bowl.
Step 9
Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil into the bowl.
Step 10
Blend with the immersion blender until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
