Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the beef, pound it, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sprinkle them over the meat.
Step 3
Roll the meat into a roulade, place it in a skillet heated with butter, seam side down, and fry, turning occasionally, until cooked through (if necessary, add a little water).
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 5
Serve with boiled potatoes.
