Ingredients
- Beef - 21.2 oz
- Garlic - 1½ cloves
- Clarified Butter - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder twice.
Step 2
Then dilute with a small amount of water, add salt, pepper, and crushed garlic mixed with salt, mix everything thoroughly, and refrigerate for 5–6 hours.
Step 3
Form sausages from the chilled minced meat and fry in a pan with heated clarified butter until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve with tomatoes, cucumbers, and mushroom tomato sauce.
