Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 24.7 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Morels - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak and clean the kidneys, then dry and slice them. Place in a saucepan or deep skillet greased with oil.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and sauté in heated oil.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms and potatoes in vegetable oil as well.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes along with the mushrooms, onions, and potatoes to the kidneys.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in boiled sour cream, and simmer on very low heat until cooked through.
Step 6
Garnish with herbs before serving.
