Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Scallions - 1.6 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the beetroot, potato, and carrot, and boil them in their skins.
Step 2
Then cool and peel them.
Step 3
Peel the pickled cucumbers from their skin and seeds.
Step 4
Remove the pickled mushrooms from the brine and rinse them.
Step 5
Cut the boiled vegetables and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 6
Chop the mushrooms.
Step 7
Peel, wash, and finely slice the onion.
Step 8
Combine all the ingredients.
Step 9
Dress with vegetable oil and mix well.
Step 10
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
