- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Water - ½ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a flexible dough using flour, water, and salt.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the finely minced lamb, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into 10x10 cm squares. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each square, add a piece of lamb fat on top of the filling, and then shape the manti.
Step 4
Place the prepared dumplings on the greased steamers, set the racks over a pot of boiling water, and steam for 45 minutes.
