Ingredients
- Seafood cocktail - 2 lbs
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Boiled White Round Rice - 14.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Paprika - 3 tablespoons
- Saffron - a pinch
- Turmeric - on the tip of a knife
- Mild Chili Spice - on the tip of a knife
- Frozen green bean pods - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice - 14.1 oz
- Fish Oil - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 482°F.
Step 2
In a large flat-bottomed pan, pour in the oil and add the crushed garlic. Add the chopped bell pepper and sauté.
Step 3
Add 1 kg of previously thawed seafood cocktail.
Step 4
Pour in the tomatoes and add all the spices. Mix thoroughly and cook for a bit.
Step 5
Add the rice, previously rinsed. Spread it evenly across the surface of the paella.
Step 6
Place the paella in the oven.
Step 7
After 10 minutes, stir everything and add the fish broth, cooking for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and serve directly from the paella.
