Ingredients
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - ½ can
- Korean-style Carrots - 7.1 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - ½ bunch
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Arugula - 1.1 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Spinach - 1.1 oz
- Dill - 0.3 oz
- Mustard Greens - ½ teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt - ½ g
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Scallions - 0.3 oz
- Herbs - 1.1 oz
- Pickles - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the arugula, spinach, and cucumber coarsely, tear the iceberg lettuce leaves, finely chop the green onion and dill, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and combine everything in a large salad bowl.
Step 2
Add the canned pineapple, Korean-style carrots, and other herbs to taste.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, mustard, pepper, salt, and a bit of marinade from the Korean carrots. Add the prepared dressing to the salad to taste, tossing with salad spoons while gently shaking the bowl to keep the salad airy. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
